Shawn and Nicole have been in Single Family investments since 2002 and began to focus on Multi-Family and other multi-unit development properties in 2012. Together they have been responsible for cultivating the firms strong relationships via its private investors and real estate professionals.

Shawn and Nicole have been personally involved in over 40 residential and multifamily redevelopment and development projects throughout the Southeast, and maintain a risk-aware approach in today’s market.

Shawn is also the Owner of Absolute Improvement Inc., a high end construction and general contracting company based on the East end of Long Island, NY, established in 1999. Shawn brings his strong knowledge of construction and development to every deal and leads the renovation and building management efforts on all projects. Shawn’s company, Absolute Improvement Inc., has developed hundreds of homes, offices, self storage units, restaurants, gas stations, and retail space for private clients over its 19 years in business.

At CMIG, we have a 100% closing rate on accepted LOI’s to date. We do an extensive analysis on each property before submitting a bid and expect to close on any offer that is accepted.
